Shipping Information

Each Tale Arts product is made-to-order just for you, and we work with trusted production partners to print and finish every bag. This is the reason for the delivery times below.

Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, U.S. time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office. Leather handbags take 2–3 business days in production before they ship.

*International shipping is available to Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Malta, Singapore, Vietnam and Morocco. The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes), for both US and international customers.

Please Note

• The time frames above apply to standard shipping. Some orders may take longer, especially during peak seasons.
• Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii and Alaska may take 7–10 days longer than other US states.
• Delivery to military addresses (APO/FPO) is currently limited.
• Large orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and may be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery.

Order Tracking

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If your tracking has no updates within the standard time frame above, contact us and we will help locate your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at cs@talearts.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will be happy to replace or refund your order after confirmation with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs (International)

Import duties, taxes and unexpected charges are not included in our shipping fee. These vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders may take additional days to clear customs; we have no influence on the customs process.

Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), shipping times may be slightly longer due to high carrier volume. We recommend ordering early.
